One question in your inbox each evening at 20.30
For seven evenings you get one question from the route, with a short explanation and a link to the app. Nothing more. Read it when it suits you, and skip whatever you like.
What you get
- Evening 1
One sentence is enough. Write down what happened, and give it a number from 0 to 10.
- Evening 2
Where do you feel it? Leave the story for a moment and look for it in your body.
- Evening 3
Your sentence without the other person. Take the name out. What is left?
- Evening 4
Do you know this from before? Often an old belief about yourself goes with it.
- Evening 5
Is it true? Look at your old belief without judgement, and not on your own.
- Evening 6
Hand it over. What you don't have to carry, you slide over the line.
- Evening 7
How bad is it now? The number tells it honestly, even if it didn't drop.

Questions
What exactly do I get?
For seven evenings, each evening at 20.30, one mail with one question from the Just make peace route. With a short explanation and a button to the app. Every mail is under 150 words.
Do I need the app first?
No. You can simply read the questions and answer them for yourself. If you want to do the route, the app is ready in your browser. Free, no account.
What happens after the seven evenings?
The series stops. After that you get at most one mail a month, for example when a new question is on the site. You can unsubscribe at any time with one tap.
What do you do with my email address?
Send these mails, nothing else. We don't pass it on and we don't link it to what you do in the app. The privacy page has the details.
Is this free?
Yes. The mails and the app are free. Deeper, the part of the app with the logbook, is a subscription of € 29.99 a year with a 30-day trial; you don't need to do anything with it.
